as the title says... POWER COMPACT FLORESCENT's with BALLAST... and CASCADE 1500 FILTER... all in working condition nothin burnt out, just DIRTY, LOL and rarely USED...
asking for $75. for the cascade filter that i only used for 1month..
and the power compact for $50.
