Doing as many water changes as I can, but I just don't think my Mbuna are going to make. I'd rather give them away to someone with power then watch them all die.

So if you live in Southern New England, have power and would like 15 random mbuna, some are hybrids, sorry, have had the tank for 8 years, so a lot of breeding, let me know.

how long has power been out? and what size is the tank? what size are the mbuna? You may be ok depending on if you are keeping the levels somewhat leveled out with the waterchanges... mainly watch Ammonia and nitrites, nitrates can be high to an extent... Mbuna are very tough fish capable of surviving less than good conditions as long as they have some age to them... depending on how long it takes to get power back on... you may be ok with just keeping the water changed... and make sure to keep the filter media wet to keep the benificial bacteria alive, use water from the tank not tap, as the tank water would have the ammonias and such to feed the bacteria

Good luck to you... if I were closer I'd hold them for you, until you restabalized
