Power Grow for a Jag?

Hey-

What would be the best food to power grow my Juvi Jags?? Has anyone had success with a specific food? I Currently am using a Freeze Dried Brine Shrimp, and Bite Size Tetra Sticks. It seemed to have worked for the Others (Tex, JD, GT). But I did not see real growth untill they took the Bigger Krill. These guys are way to small for that.

Feeders and Frozen Bloodworms has always worked for me. Try some Beefheart as well.

keeping the water as clean as possible will go just as far if not further in accelerating their growth.

that said, I have also noticed that live fish in the diet helped speed up growth, but I'd be very careful about where you get them from. best thing to do is breed your own of course and also don't feed them too often. the best diet is a widely varied diet.
