power head placement

hey all, i have a question regarding powerheads and flow. I currently have a 150g tank 5x2x2. Here is a top view drawing of my 150g:

Both are located on the upper area of the tank. Is this a good placement? or should I add more powerhead near the middle of the tank? i have few more powerheads I am not using that I can add.

id pick the 380 GPH.
i aim all of my outflow towards the right pane glass, to help soften the power of 800 GPH outflow, flowing towards the intake.

but, depends on the stock you have.

good idea, I installed ball valves on all of my pvc return (not shown in the drawing).

My tank contains 6 red heads(2"), 2 striped cats(2"), 5 silver dollars(1.5"), 3 tin foil barbs(2")

i have a dead spot on the front beside my 380gph p/h. I think i should replace the 190 with another 380gph p/h
