Power Head Watt

I currently have 3 power head & all looked pretty much similar except for the watt.. 45W, 40W & 18W..
Does the power head with the lowest watt use less energy?

So the lower the watt, the more expensive?
Does it effect the performance of the power head?
Also, what to look for when choosing a good power head?
I've 2 in my 65g tank but planning to change 1 cause of a vibrating noise problem... =/
