Went and took this at night. I pass it all the time, and wanted to take a nighttime shot for quite a while.

Do you mean the safety lights on the top, to warn airplanes and such that there is a tower there?

Nah , the orange cloudy light above

the cloud was the steam from the tower. I am not sure what caused it to come out orange. Maybe the lights from below?

Moved, now I'm gonna critique it hehehe...I like it! The long exposure makes it an interesting photo.
