I've rinsed the inside of my glass tanks out with a hose before but I was wondering if it's ok to power wash the inside of acrylic tanks? Basically, to get salt water algea off of the sides/bottom. Would this be a big no/no for some reason?

The only worry I would have is that power of the stream might effectivly sandblast your internal surfaces, leaving marks. But if the inside is squeaky-clean, this is unlikely.

I wouldn't do this to a glass tank with silicon to ge separated.

if you use a wide/fan nozzle and stay away from the seams you should be ok depending on how powerful your power washer is..
