POWER WENT OUT!!!

My power went out at 12:46 A.M. yesterday morning.

Good thing I was still awake.

Got out the batt. powered air pumps ( I knew they'd come in handy.)

Set them all up. One in each tank.

Reported the power outage to APS at 12:56.

At 3:07 A.M. the power came back on.

Not a single life lost. Thank goodness.

Just wanted to share my story. Yes, I'm up to date on my bills.

Lesson: Batt. powered air pumps save lives.

Battery operated airpumps are indeed very useful which is why I have always suggested to have some in stock in case power outages occur. Not a bad idea connecting them on sponge filters either.
