Powerhead + Airline tubing attachment = Microbubbles?

I've setup two aquaclear 301's in my tank just to give some extra water movement. I've also attached the powerheads to my airpump for some extra aeration? I've noticed an increased amount of microbubbles in my tank. I've read some places that it is a bad thing. Should I remove the airline tubing I've connected to them, or will it be fine?
