Should I use these? Freshwater 125 gallon tank. Good to have for fish and poop? What should I get?

Jebao wp40 is more than enough for my 125g. Might look at a jebao wp 25 I have to leave the 40 as low as I can.

The benefit is that it will help circulate poop food etc so that the filter intakes can get more of it. My fish seem to enjoy the current . Jebao is a wavemaker so I just set it to produce a decent current at about 50 percent. Mine is on an end, near the bottom and aimed up and toward the front panel. Moves water all the way to the other end. 6 foot

Ok that is what I thought, just wanted to make sure. Now I know filtration should be 5x-10x the gallons of your tank. Is there a guideline for current? 1x? 2x? Or same as filtration?
The wp40 is 900-3400 gph
Wp25 is 800-2500 gph.
Assumption that mine is doing 900gph because its set as low as I can figure out to do. So im probably 8 to 10x on circulation

Yeah I make sure to use the lock feature so no one can change the settings from w1 and s3... which is a single pulse on and off about every second and the lowest speed available.
On high you can literally get waves that would come out over the top.
