Powerhead/Circulation pump

I'm not sure what it's called but I'm looking for my 125 gallon. I want a circulation pump with an airline to be able to oxygenate the water. I think it's a powerhead but my problem is, is that I want to be able to control the power of the flow output of the device. Any recommendations?

Just get an AquaClear powerhead rated for the size of your tank.

I'm asking about adjusting the water circulation flow. I don't want it to be too powerful for my fish.
