powerhead for 300g

I don't know much about powerheads, but I'm thinking of getting one for my 300g. What rate of gph should I be looking at for this size tank? Thanks is advance!

how much do you want to spend? id run one of the big Koralias that push 2-3,000gph

anywhere from $50 to $100, the biggest one on bigalsonline.com does 1,200 gph and it's $52
