powerhead for 90g

i need to get a powerhead or 2 for my 90g thaty will house rbp. i have never bought or used powerheads before so i am clueless. i saw a new eheim aquaball powerhead that looked nice and it had 172gph. is this enough? any other suggestions on brand/gph? i would like to mount em about halfway down into the tank on each side.

The eheim aquaballs are nice in that you can direct the flow in pretty much any direction. They don't move a lot of water though for their size.

Penguin 1140s are nice and move a lot of water.

I always had good luck with Aqua clear Powerheads. actually i need to get acouple.
