hi i have 3 powerheads in my 125. they are aquaclear 802 they're wicked strong how many should i use for my 9in silver aro and my 5 in mono the aro i dont think likes the powerheads help pleasre i m afraid im gunna hurt them

are you getting a lot of dead spots that you need powerheads? What other filtration are you running.
Arowana dont need much water movement. They do ok with it, but if its too much, they might get stressed.
I have 2 Fluval 404 on either side of my 125. The outlets are facing the center of the tank and i have an air wand in the middle to move the water in the center upward.
3 powerheads seems excessive, unless your filtration is inadequate.

yep Just aim the outlets upward so they agitate the surface for aeration and you're set. An FX5 moves around enough water in a 125 that you shouldnt get any serious dead spots. Nothing regular water changes cant take care of. 
I was going to use 3 of those 802's myself on my 150-gallon setup, but at the last minute, I thought am I crazy!
I went for same brand but one step down and was using 3 of the AquaClear 70's, in the end I ended up using just 2 of the 70's on the 150-g, and keep one as backup.
