Powerhead suggestions?

I'm going to be acquiring a 125 gallon tank soon and I would like to know how big of a powerhead i will need if the filtration im using is an aquaclear 110 and a eheim 2215. And if possible what is a good brand I have never used a powerhead before.

never seen the point in power heads just add a powerful internal filter then you get the flow you want and extra filtration

+1, some people want power heads so they can keep extra food and waste suspended longer so it can get picked up by the filters..

Fluidized bed filter.small,inexpensive,effective!

Whats a good internal filter? I was thinking about getting an aquaclear powerhead and adding the quick filter and just leaving it with my aquaclear and eheim.
