Powerheads/Internal Filters

Guys, im looking for 2 new internal filters that can really bring in some current. Im thinking in the 2000L/hour range. Im using Resun powerheads with sponges atm but the 2000L variant seems to bring in quite some heat. What do you guys use/recommend?

forgot to mention but the purpose of the internal filters is not bio filtration but just poop collection. im planning on cleaning the sponges once or twice a week.

I've had really good luck with the RIO products - Rio Plus 3100 Pump/Powerhead UL,Max head height is 10'. Max flow rate is 900 GPH, that will push the panque poop to one corner.

i am useing an aquabomba 700 gallon an hour powerhead for the same reason. works great and it is around $25 to $30 at aquatraders.com

seio(sp) really add some current good pumps too
