A powerhead would be OK in the tank. Just make sure they don't decide to fight with it, then you might have problems.
Let us know a little more about the tank. That will also help us give you a better answer.

this has a wet dry made for up to 75 gal. it has a return pump but not that strong. not sure about gph bc ive had it so long.

if those fish will like the powerhead or not its only a koralia #2 in a 75 so i dont know. havent had freshwater fish in ages

haveing a powerhead is good, you can add one if you like.
