Powerheads?

I got bored with my tank. So, I am feeling the need to add something. Since paranha's are river fish, Powerheads would be good for current. An keep the water moving like there natural envorment right? How do the powerheads do with sand?

I don't have sand but I have a k4 powerhead and love it............ is on a 125g

power heads are great. i have 2 small ones in my 150 as long as they are aimed right they shouldn't mess with your sand.(i have sand as well)

Any idea's on what size I should get on a 40 breeder? That will also be alright in my 75 when I get it in a few months?
