PowerHeads?

How fast is to fast? Paranha are river fish so do they like alot of curent? I have a Fluval 203 filter and aquaclear 110 power head on a 55g tank. my fish seem 2 like it, i think. thanx

Do you have an undergravel or is the powerhead for current? I say that just powerheads by them selves are great but the only thing that sucks is how they pull **** into them and they get clogged. I am always cleaning the bottoms of myne but they are great in circulating the water. It also keeps them moving a bit more than it does without. I say GOOD
