Powerheads

I'm looking for a powerhead for my 110 African cichlid tank, any ideas on what flow rates I should use? Thanks in advance

I like the penguin powerheads. They come with a bracket to hang it over the edge of your tank so it won't fall like some of the suction cup only ones tend to do.

Plus, they're cheap and every part on it is serviceable/replaceable.
