Prazi help please....

I ordered some pure powder Prazi from Jehmco. I decided to treat the remaining 3 hystrix with it because they haven't been eating. I failed to read that I was suppose to shake it in a bottle with water.
I just put some in the tank and realized it's not water soluble. Its just floating all over the tank from the air bubbler. Will the prazi powder eventually dissolve over time?
I also have access to Prazipro liquid form from a friend. Should I continue with the powder form treatment or switch over to the liquid prazipro?

If I was in a situation w/something in my water, I would do a Water Change right away n another in maybe 4hrs until most of the unwanted stuff is gone.

Then just do it the right way... (shaking)

Yeah, I read that too but wasn't sure if that's safe for the baby rays. Do you think the added vodka would create more stress on the hystrix?
