So I dosed my tank with prazi pro yesterday due to my fish havin white stringy poop. After about 15 hrs or so I noticed that the fish that were having white poop no longer do instead they have taken the biggest poop I’ve ever seen lol. The poop is brown and rather thick and pretty long until it broke off. Is this an indication that the meds are working? I am aware some people suggest prazi doesn’t work very well for internal parasites but it’s all I had at my disposal and I plan on using metroplex once the prazi runs its course. Any answers would be appreciated, jus want to know if anyone’s experience this before

i’ve used prazi and levismole- some have said 3 courses of prazi are needed to eradicate it due to the parasites life cycle

There are different internal parasites, and not all are removed by praziquental. I have found that white stringy poo is directly caused by extreme stress on the fish. This can be caused by internal parasites, wrong diet, not eating due to being picked on, etc.
