Prazi stressful to rays?

Does prazi cause stress to rays?
I have 2 new pups in quarantine. I just got them yesterday . So dar they hahe not eaten anything yet and not that active.
Tested ammonia and its at 0.
I took the filter from my turtle tank and using it for them now.
Would it be a good idea to treat them with prazi ? If i do i will be doing 2 treatments 3-4 days apart.

Coat? So far the 2 rays seem to be more active though only 1 ate a little .

Slimecoat. My stingray used to shed some of its slimecoat after a water change and it looked like that

when treating with Prazi, how long does it take for Prazi to kill off whatever I'm planning to kill it with? flukes or tapeworm?
the 2 pups are currently in hospital tank, but I'm tempted to do a water change due to high nitrate reading.

I dosed with prazi yesterday, would it have done its job if i do a partial wc today? then just re-dose on day 4 or day 5?
I'm thinking if i should do do daily water changes .
