I suspect one of my fishes has parasites. White stringy poopoo. As a precaution should I treat my entire 300g tank or move it quarantine and treat only the one fish ?

Prazipro shouldn't effect ur bb in the main tank.
However most fish suspected of being "sick" should be quarantined. Easily can spread or ur other fish cause of the poop in the main tank. Especially if prazipro doesn't work and something else is going on.
