I've used it it worked well had no ill effects on the fish and with a strong regment of tank cleaning and the treatment it can work.
If its a bad case you can use an industrial cow dewormer available at farm co ops never did it personaly because i cant get it with a vets scrip in canada but was informed it works amazing.

I was just reading up on flukes as I feel a tank at work is full of em. I read that praziquantel is the most effective and safest treatment for these parasites. The cheapest product I have found that contains this drug is Prazipro at only about 35 bucks for treatment of near 2,000 gallons. Other drugs were much more expensive and treated much less water. Has anyone used this product or read anywhere of how effect and safe it really is.
