At the moment I have a Walking Catfish and a Midas cichlid in my 55 gallon, but im planning on moving them into my 75 gallon soon. SO, I was wanting an awsome predatory fish for my 55 gallon. I live in Newfoundland so my options are sorta limited but I have some connections, so I might be able to get some cool fish. So any ideas, the only thing I can give you is that I'm not looking for another catfish.

Pikes are good hunters. I like the looks of them too.

what about the good ole oscar :grinno:
55 gallon is too small for a full grown Oscar, based on a standard 55 gallon an Oscar would not be able to turn around without having to tip over.
