Pregnant female guppy, looks like she's about to pop but also looks sick

So yeah one of my dumbo mosaic females is pregnant and looks like she'd be expecting soon, but her fins are also a little clamped and I saw her flash on the ground, plus her gills look more open than usual, so I added a dose of furan-2 just in case. Any ideas on what's wrong with her? If she does give birth, will the babies be okay with the medication? I'd be fine with losing a batch, if it meant one of my females recovering from whatever this is.

May not be carrying babies. She could just be bloated or have dropsy.
If you can, move to a quarantine tank and treat there.
Is she eating? May want to try Epsom salt.

she's eating and all, i can see individual eggs/babies in the dark black gravid spot

UPDATE: nevermind i figured out the problem, i mean the female's looking better now probably because of the meds, but the others that were clamping their fins are just stressed out by her, she's at the aggressive stage where she'll chase other fish out of the area so she has a safe spot to give birth. the other guppies' fins pop back open once they get away from her.
