she is sick if she not swimming round.

your severum looks male to me. So I don't think its pregnant

Severum's don't get pregnant. Most fish aside from livebearers like mollys lay eggs. Your fish looks like it has a swollen swim bladder, or bloat. Is it swimming ok, or is it having a hard time staying horizontal?

it looks like its sick, severums dont reproduce the same way as mammals, their eggs are fertilized by the male after the female lays them

look at the angle the pic is taken. The fish is swimming normal but the pic is on angle. doesn't have disease yo. Im not sure if its pregnant unless u can see a tube sticking out of her genital area. They can become plump cuz of food too.

My friend, even with the picture tilted you can see that the fish is vertical. Also looks like it's breathing hard. Severums DO NOT get pregnant. When the female is ready, she will lay a bunch of eggs, at which point the male will go over and fertilize them. Check it out on youtube if you don't believe me, there's videos everywhere. They can become plump cause of food. But overfeeding and improper diet usually leads to bloat, and swim bladder disease due to too much food clogging the intestines. Imo, and from the description given by the op, the fish DOES have a disease.

Op check out some of the stickies on bloat and swim bladder in the disease forum, and see if the descriptions match what your seeing on your fish.
