Prego? But stopped eating

My male motoro will not leave my female alone. She has bite marks in about 5 different spots and the last week or so she is not eating as much as she usually does. She used to be a hog but she only eats about 1/4 of what she usually does. Is the male stressing her out? I know it's common for the male to keep bugging her but will he ever stop if she is pregnant? Any help would help. I don't have anywhere else to put them right now.

funny you should mention that... my motoros are more agressive at higher temps while my leos are more agressive at lower temps... high being 86 and low being around 78-80

I wish I could separate them. The only other tank I have set up is a 60.
The temp is about 82. They are not to bad of bites, it doesn't look like anything serious but if she is pregnant I need her to eat a lot.

go out to fleet farm and get some egg crate, you can put that in the tank to seperate the two rays

You can also get egg crate at home depot its under lighting though
