Male ray looks like it knock one of the larger female last month, can some one confirm with me??

male is 12inch leo x Motoro

female is 15inch motoro(bite marks)

all are around 14 months old and feeding on Hikari sinking pellets

Is there any change in her behaviour?
I think females could have a change in behaviour in the first few months, can any experienced breeders confirm this?
I think you will need another month or two to see if you notice any movements.

Female usually float on the top during the day time to avoid the male from screwing her. This that normal ?

Hard to tell-both females have the same body shape and look like they are just plump from feeding. With the first pregnancy for a female, I wouldn't expect her to be that big a month after conception. Good luck though if they are.
