I'm getting close to beginning my 90 gallon Mbuna build and I have a couple questions about my water.

I have another thread on here about RO/DI vs Tap... what do you think?

Also, my tap is 7.4 pH. What should I use to condition it? I will be using Eco-Complete African Cichlid substrate.

Looking around, I see a bunch of products to condition water... do I need any? Here are some links of things that I am considering, but I don't want to waste $$. thanks!!!

CICHLID SALT
Malawi Buffer
Stress Coat

i am also conditioning a 72. bowfront as we speak for africans. i just filled my 2 emp 400's media bins with crushed coral and filled the media bin on my mag 350 too. that way i won't have to worry about conditioning the water every time i do a water change. i also wont have to fish it out if i ever get anything besides africans.
