Hilarious, but political. Lets ask a question....Who could possibly have foreseen a hurricane hitting New Orleans? Answer: Everyone in this country, especially those who lived there. Was everyone warned to leave? Yes. Did they? No.

If you build your home below sea level and the sea rises, what happens? Flood, drowning, and death.

I have every sympathy for the people that were devastated by that horrible storm, but let's not cast stones. New Orleans should be completely rebuilt, as a tourist town and little else. It is not capable of sustaining as a thriving community long term. That city will be the next Atlantis.
