trying to set up 300 gal rubber maids for my rays
will be running fx5 and wanting to add a second filter has to be gravity fed do to limited space. like the fact that it has a built in uv recommended a max flow of 1200 per gal. what size pump would you run i want the uv to work sufficient. are these any good? any suggestions

Personally I'd run an Ocean Clear cannister and feed it from the output line of the FX5. A small in line booster pump in the 450 gph range should keep the flow up to snuff...

Will this be for BOTH tubs or one system for each?

filtration will be separate
i never herd any feed back on one of these what concerns me is the micron sleeve clogging fast. have you used one?
i do have a bunch of bio balls i could make a wet/dry i just have been busy with work and i still have to plum for a auto water change. one less thing to do for now i like i will probable use bio balls on the acrylic tank, but that is a future project.
