I was thinking about a fun game to play. I have created a few games that just drifted from my memory, but I am determined for this one to stay. Sooo, here are some rules.
- You can post pictures of fish that you have. You can not tamper with the lense, using something like 'Monotone' color, or 'Warm' shade on an iPhone.
- The fish picked need to be heard of. By 'heard of' I mean it needs to have a common name, or have at least some information on it.
- The fish species itself needs to be just the normal species. You can't choose something like dyed fish, because then it isn't genuine. As a result, no genetically modified fish, i.e Glofish, Balloon bellied Mollies, Flowerhorns, or Blood Parrots.
- The member who picks needs to have 20 posts or more, to ensure proper participation. Anyone can vote. Even Guests.
- Subspecies are aloud, as long as they aren't genetically modified.
- This is for fish, and solely fish. No aquatic frogs, shrimp, etc.
- The picker needs to say the common name as well as the scientific name. A post could look like this:

~Basics~
There will be a chosen category (such as Tetras, fish of 12+ inches in length, etc). For each category, there will be 8 fish, chosen by fellow MFKers. It will work like a bracket, like the one pictured below. MFKers will vote based on which fish is prettiest. You could like Polypterus because of the 'oddball' or 'wild' look, or you could like 'colorful' fish, like Oscars and Jack Dempseys. Anything to your personal liking. People can post pictures - or I can get them off the web - of the fish chosen by them. The first post is picking. 8 Pickers for the category. I assume it should take 2 days for every spot to be filled. 3 days for voting for the first round. 3 days more for the 2nd round. 3 days more for the final round.~Guidlines~
