Does anyone know any good anti preventative meds. Im goin to stick my sick discus in my lil tank try to cure him but I want to make sure when I take him out that the bug/ parasite doesnt jump ship into one of my other fish. Is there a way to prevent that. Like soon as I remove the sick one I wanna add some anti parasite in my tank to maybe help prevent the bug/para from jumpin to my other fish or that isnt preventable. i had a sick fish before when i took him out the bug /para or whatever jumped to another fish while the rest were healthy so i wanted to know is this preventable.

If it is something that is communicable, you might as well treat your whole display tank rather than remove the sick fish.
