preventing Slime on glass and silicone

just noticed that my tanks silicone have slimy growth.

whats could be the cause of this? any way to prevent this?
I do 30% water change weekly.
 
Scrub the glass/silicone when you do a water change?
Slime/algae will always build up if you don't clean it off. Unless you already do it and it's a different kind of slime.

Thanks, do you also always wipe the glass and silicone during wc? My other tanks dont get this as i have plecos ,but this particular tank have no plecos
