Price a 20" Black Devil Wyckii Cat

Hello, I may be purchasing a 180 gallon tank that has a 20" Black Devil Wyckii Cat in it. I heard it is a rare fish. Any ideas what it might be worth? I will try to get some pictures of it. I don't plan on keeping the fish if I buy the tank.

Probably nothing though a shop would probably ask £150-problem is they are a keep- alone fish and will probably need over 400gal when grown.
