What would be a decent price for a 10"+ ornate?? I'm trying to work something out with a lfs.

Decent would be $20, but realistically, $50 would be a deal. Some charge to about $100. If they sell it for $50, I would buy it 
Usually, LFS would want to get rid of a big fish to save on feeding it. Bargain to start at a low amount and work from there.
