Little to nothing.

Pretty much! Just be happy if you can find a good home for him. Massive Cats that will eat anything and everything that will fit in its mouth is not in a real high demand.

if you were close i would gove you 30$ for him if you really want to get rd of him :) i really want one and y LFS sells them for 99.99 for little 4 inchers and no i didnt add an extra nine

Large Catfish have a value to the correct buyer. but the price range can go from...

Free.....100$ ideal situation

Like others have said it really just depends on who is in the market for such a fish but to be honest from what I have seen on here you'd be lucky if you can Give it to a good home .....

I wish that the goverment would put a regualtion on rtc, rtcx tsn, pacu , silver aro , Arapima Gigas Just to make sure that the potential owner Knows what they are in for and Can be able to properley house them for life.
I feel sorry for these fish cause they are very pretty and people want them and they think I know it gets huge but I will get it anyway and rehome it Later .. or I will upgrade Later most of the time something happens along the way ... it just ussually Ends badly for the fish ....

I agree. You should have to show proof of tank and sign a waiver like they do for wild horses where they get checked up on and you have to pay dues or fines if they are not.

Give that bad boy away for free to a good home, if you can find one. It would be ashame for that fish to lanqiush at you LFS in potentially an even smaller tank.
