sorry, you are living in US, they are illegal ! and there is no such thing is a $100 golden Arowana ! a small red tail golden usually $450 and up in Southeast Asia !

Ya no way it's a red tail gold for that price in the states if u could find 1 it would be at least a 1k cuz it 500-800 here in Canada and it's for sure not a xback cuz there in the thousands here up north. He's probably sellin u a jardini
