i caught a gator gar dip knetting in a swamp he was 6 inches at that time now he is around 18 to 19 in and ima gonna have to let him go just wanted to know how much i should sell him for to my lfs

LFS will usually only give 50% of what they will sell the fish for, and often times in store credit, but yours may be different. gators usually go for around $50 when they are small, and perhaps a bit more as they get bigger...however, LFS are usually wary of taking on large fish that will get big and likely not sold too quickly, so you may want to be conservative with your expectations--

good point oh well im good friends with the owner of the store so he will probaly take it for himself or not sell it and it'll probaly go up in their show tank we will se ha
