Price For my Arowana?

I am trying to sell my arowana but I do not know what price to sell it as, some assistance please.

Looks like it is about 18" jardini. IDK what the market in your area will bear. Try a 200 bucks and then adjust the price accordingly.

check craigslist in your area, I've noticed a couple of people who are looking for huge jars right now. Good luck!

Some guy said there were 2 20'' that were sold for $100 on craigslist. I guess $200 is too high...?

large jars usually do not fetch a high return. the babies sell for $30-$60 and it only takes about a year for them to hit 15-18in.

I was in the market for an adult jar for afew months, I finally was able to get one recently but that was because they are back in season. Its pretty much the same with Black aros.

I would say right now you can get between $100-150 depending how your jar looks and if someone s really in the need for one.

During the summer/fall when they are not in season, you can probably get closer to $200. The most I have seen a jar go for, was $350. But this jar was the best looking one I had ever seen and it was like 25in and 5yrs old
