price of a 9-10" Green Terror

I am switching to a saltwater tank and will be getting rid of my 150 gallon tank. I was planning on bringing my fish back to the LFS for store credit to alleviate the price of live rock etc. However, someone responded to my craigslist listing for my tank and wanted to know if I would sell him my terror. I was waondering if anyone had any idea what a reasonable price for a 10" green terror would be.

IMO for a 10" GT I would ask a good bit. Why? Because 10" GT is at the top end of full size and in my area not easy to find. A fish store would probably only give you 20.00 though. Maybe $50.00 if not more?

it really depends on the quality of the gt. i bought a half true, perfect coloration, 8 in. gt for 70$.

I bought my royal gt at 7" for about $80. Its the one in my avatar

mine looks just like yours, listed as a royal also for $60 at about 6 inches.

JCA, no offense, but I don't see a difference between normal and royals. Yours looks awesome though.

Assuming this is a male GT, I would think you could sell it to this guy for $40 to $60, depending on quality. If your LFS is like the ones around here, I agree that you would probably get no more than $20.

non taken pictures definitely dont do this fish justice though. he looks better than any large GTs i have ever seen in person.
