Hey guys! I was thinking about building a 75-100 gallon ply tank but I have no clue how much it would cost so all you that have built Ply tanks this size please tell me the materials you used and the cost of each. Thanks!

You really need to go to the Sticky section and read some of the build threads. From there, design your own tank and price it out. Your question is really to general to get an accurate answer. To be honest, tanks that size are easier to find cheap on ebay or craigslist.

go BIGGER. theres a certain size you need 2 surpass before you start saving money. you can buy a brand new 75gal for $100 not 2 mention craigslist.

Don't build plywood unless its ATLEAST 300gals, imo. Hopefully you live in a somewhat dense area because Craigslist will offer you tons of 75-125 gal tanks. I got my 75gal from CL with everything (tank,stand,hoods,canister filter,heater) for $150 and I'm 30miles from Chicago. Bought my 125gal for $300 from a newspaper ad, also came with everything.
