Will someone list off to me the expense of fronts in order and how difficult they are to breed?

Is this close:
Gibberosa - least expensive, easier to breed
Kigoma, Kavala, Karilani - second to least expensive, easier to breed
Zambia - middle expense, difficult to breed (female brood eggs poorly)
Mpimbwe - second to most expensive, easier to breed
Zaire - most expensive, difficult to breed (because they are so wild)

well look like you already know ....the least expensive and easy to breed ..will be probadly cheaper to sale when you got some fry same thing go to the most expensive ....so if u want to make some $$ then go with the most expensive and try out or not ...just like roll a dice bro...one thing that i realize in this hobby notting is expensive or notthing is cheap ...lolz sorry this reply probadly doesn't make any sence ( im in my 7 beers)

Hmmm - sounds like it......reply to this when you are sober?
Do you think people are looking for Burundi's or do you think more people are going for the more expensive? I think the people who are less into fish will buy the cheaper fish, but ppl who are really into gibberosa will be willing to buy an expensive one......Which ones are difficult to breed? Which ones are the easiest to breed?

There is always a market for any Frontosa. If you breed the expensive ones like the Mobas they will be worth it if you can be successful at it. A large Moba can spawn as much as 100 fry. Do the math and thats pretty good. You have a couple large females that can be a good chunk of change. Mobas are a challenge. It's all trial and error.

I am not at all sure the variant has anything to do with breeding. I also am not sure gibberosa's are more expensive. Like with any cichlid the water conditions and food have much more to do with breeding. I can give you a good story. Me and a friend went to Ga. and got frontosa's. Mine are way bigger than his. I grew out 8 in a 55 gal. I now have them in a 125 gal. My fish are twice as big as his. I feed better and also I do regular water changes and cleanings. All of his have been housed in a 125 since they were bought. I am posting some pics of some of mine. I got them at about 3 inches in Dec. of last year.

Bull the Alpha male is pushing 7 inches.

I meant gibberosa like Zaires....not like Burunis
What do you feed the fish?? How many times a day?
And how often do you clean the tank?
...I have a 90 gallon - but do they need to be separated from the others to be able to breed well?

How many Zaires would I need to buy to breed them - I heard that they are REALLY difficult to breed because they are from the wild....
