they grow fast. im getting just about 2" a month from my guy.
ive seen them in LFS for 45 for that size.

I agree. They are so common now at that size because everyone has gotten them in the store, and now it's too big for their 55 gallon tanks that they're all returning them and they are everywhere. If it were a gold or royal, you'd definitely look to pay more, but for a regular ck? Not so much.

depends on where u are but was selling my 18" ck before for $15 no one took a bite.
