I found this little guy at my LFS. He's $150. I know of his potential size, and I wanted to know if this was a good deal. Also, can I get some care tips on him, so I know what to do if I get him? Thanks.

That looks like an awesome fish but there's no way I would pay $149.99 for that fish. The way I look at it, if you're patient, you might be able to find someone selling (or giving away) one of that size because its out grown their tank. I swear that I've seen some here on MFK for $50 (they may have been a TSN not a hybrid).
no way would i pay that for one of those guys. I have 2 got them at 4" and one was $8 and the other was $20. But ive also seen them for $12. The most was $25 and with these guys there growth is so fast that that fish ur looking at is prolly only 2-3 months old. Usually with growth there the same price throughout there lives or cheaper since there so hard to get rid of while big.
