If the seller does a good job packing then they should be fine for 2 days in transit.
Priority often takes longer than 2 days though,Ive shipped fish that didnt arrive at thier destination for 8 days.All survived.That was in good weather though,most commonly used heat packs are only good for 40 hours or so.
