how much of a risk is it to buy fish online and get them shipped to me them priority mail with no doa guarentee?

All risk.
If the seller does a good job packing then they should be fine for 2 days in transit.
Priority often takes longer than 2 days though,Ive shipped fish that didnt arrive at thier destination for 8 days. All survived.:headbang2That was in good weather though, most commonly used heat packs are only good for 40 hours or so.

Whats the persons feedback like?

It's tfdfish, I will check their feedback

Depends on the whats being shipped. Ive used priority and express before. Priority worked out no losses. Ive done this several times too. Ive had fish and inverts sent, but only smaller/younger fish.

in the past 6 months, 121 feedbacks- 112 POSITIVE, 6 NEUTRAL, 3 NEGATIVE

it should be about 10 fish 3" a piece

I bought fishes two times, and it took 2 days for me to get it. The first time, there was some type of delay and I got it in 2 days. One out of the seven fishes died in that situation. I belive there was no water in the bag and that is why one of the fishes died. The second time, I bought fishes, it arrived in 2 days through priority mail and all six of them survived.

I am getting a shipment again next week and it will take 2 days. To me, I would take the chance but that is me. Others might not risk it. I am just a gambler.

Usually a vendor has more experience than you on shipping, they know their loss/survival rates. I usually ask the vendor about it. If they tell me the survival rate is good I will trust them. Like I say, it depends on whats being shipped.

Rofl they definitely know more then me about shipping, maybe I'll give em a call

If they aren't willing to guarantee live arrival for priority shipping, it means that either they lose too many to cover it or plenty of people are willing to take the risk.
