if its selling stateside then yes obviously its a scam, Asian aros are 100% banned in the united states.
This needs to be a buyer beware thread, not an experience thread as they "sell" illegal items in the US lol.
EDIT just googled the name, half the IP's are in Egypt and Asia, also one based in Canada and Maryland, therefore this is a scam and should be avoided.

.....if they are selling ILLEGAL items that you'd never get even if you did send them money, why on earth would you try to buy anything else? lol
what are the prices of their Asian aros? like low hundreds? I bet they are selling BD rays for 300-400 bucks too right? They are a scam site, you probably pay through western union or paypal as "friends and family" and then never see your money again as they laugh all the way to the currency conversation place in their country.
