These were my all time fav. Crenicichla that i have ever kept. They were just full of spunk, color, and probably my favorite variant of marmorata. They were Crenicichla marmorata 'Rio Tapajos'....SUCH a great variant of marms. If Rapps gets more in, I suggest you get them, as they are spectacular as adults! Unfortunately, I got rid of mine after I had only had them for about a month...lol. Traded all three of them, two sp.'cobra' and one 'Brazilian' Hoplarchus psittacus for Herbert....lol.

You know I love the marms. The vendor told me that mine was out of Tapajos but you thought it looked more like it was out of RioTrombajos. I am tending to agree cause recently I saw on another site a picture of one that looked exactly like mine at the same size from Trombajos.
